Businesses and organisations can use Spectrum to manage their business accounts.
You can manage your personal and professional accounts as well as any associated corporate accounts using Spectrum Business.
Spectrum Business offers the ability to manage any number of accounts at once, from business to company to corporate to corporate.
The Spectrum Manager service allows you to manage accounts and accounts groups.
Spectrum Manager can manage accounts from a single account, company, or business.
You only need to complete one transaction in the Spectrum Manager account for the account to be added to the account group.
Once you’ve added a new account, the account will automatically be migrated to the new account.
If you need to delete an existing account, you can access the account’s details from the Spectrum Management page.
When you open the Spectrum manager, you’ll be able to manage all your business accounts as individual accounts or group accounts.
Spectrum manager allows you manage accounts as: Business accounts Business and professional services Business and non-business accounts Business accounts with multiple users Business accounts that have multiple users and a specific business number Business accounts for which the user has not set up a Business account and has no associated corporate account Business accounts managed by a business account group Business accounts managing a single user account for which no corporate account is associated With a business accounts account, there are two types of accounts: Business Accounts that have the same user account number (for example, 51234567890), or a different user account (for instance, 12345678901234567).
This allows you, for example, to create a new Business account for a customer if that account has the same business account number.
Business accounts are managed by account groups.
A Business account group is a collection of business accounts, and business accounts in these groups are managed on a separate Spectrum Manager server.
Business account groups can be managed as: Individual accounts Business account accounts Business group accounts Individual accounts can be used to manage individual accounts.
For example, you could have a Business Account group that contains all of your Business accounts.
Business Account accounts can also be managed by group accounts, where you can have separate business accounts for each business account in your account group, for instance, a Business Group account with a different Business account number for each Business account in a business group.
Business Accounts manage a specific user account.
For instance, you may have multiple Business Accounts accounts with the same User account number and user account name.
You could manage an account in one account with the Business Account name Business Account 1, and a Business Accounts account in another account with Business Account 2.
You’d use one account in the business account and one in the Business account account group to manage each account.
You would create the Business Accounts Business account name, and the Business accounts User account name and User account password.
The Business Accounts Manager service will automatically migrate the Business Users to the BusinessAccounts account if the business accounts Business Accounts group has been updated to include the Business User account.
Business users have the ability, when they are logged into Spectrum Manager, to manage and delete accounts, groups, and accounts that they own, manage business accounts with other users, and manage business account groups that they manage.
Business User accounts manage accounts that are not owned by them, including: accounts owned by third parties
